This home was designed in accordance with the specifications provided by Haus Construction which included a concrete stem wall foundation, interior slab on grade, timber framed walls, and a truss framed roof. Cronin Engineering and Inspection provided the structural design drawings for the home and worked with Haus Construction on comments on the structural design from both the builder and the building department to quickly get the project permitted and keep the project on schedule.
