Cronin Engineering and Inspection performed an inspection for a house fire in Commerce City, CO. The fire damaged sections of the wall framing, roof framing, and the floor’s rim joist. CEI provided an initial inspection and report along with structural design drawings for the recommended repairs to the structure. CEI also provided a final inspection after all of the repairs had been completed and a compliance letter to allow for the building permit to be completed.
